The earn ph platform is strictly intended for adults aged 21 years and above, in compliance with PAGCOR regulations and Philippine gambling laws. earn ph does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.

If earn ph becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 years of age, we will take immediate steps to delete such data and close the associated account.
