1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" refers to the registered player account created on earn ph.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By completing the earn ph registration process, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in full. 3. Eligibility

To register and use earn ph, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required by PAGCOR regulations and the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
• You must be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legally permitted.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of earn ph, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by earn ph or any other gaming operator or regulatory body.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

earn ph reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts that cannot be verified may be suspended pending verification. Any winnings accrued on an account that is subsequently found to be ineligible may be forfeited.

4. Account Registration

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) earn ph account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

When registering your earn ph account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address.
• Maintain the accuracy of your registration information and update it promptly if any details change.
• Keep your earn ph login credentials — including your password and any OTP codes — strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify earn ph immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

earn ph shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your earn ph account.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on earn ph are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). The following conditions apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts are specified in the earn ph account dashboard and may vary by payment method.
• Accepted deposit methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. earn ph reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to the Platform's anti-money laundering (AML) obligations.
• earn ph reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) checks before processing any withdrawal. Players may be required to submit a valid government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
• earn ph does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• earn ph reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending investigation of suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms & Conditions.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

earn ph offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses are credited as Bonus Funds and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable Real Money Funds. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Bonus Funds may only be used on games specified in the relevant promotion. Certain game categories — including live casino tables — may be excluded from bonus wagering.
• earn ph reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.

7. Game Rules & Fair Play

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or software error during gameplay, earn ph reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the Player's wallet. earn ph's decision in such matters is final.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on earn ph and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions:

• Registering more than one earn ph account, whether under your own name or any alias.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with earn ph games or systems.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the earn ph platform. Any such exploit must be reported to earn ph immediately; failure to do so may result in account termination.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorized payment methods to fund your earn ph account.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime through the earn ph platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or any verification process.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your earn ph account on your behalf.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward earn ph staff or other players.

earn ph reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate any account found to be in breach of this section, forfeit all balances and bonuses held in such accounts, and report the matter to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the earn ph platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of earn ph or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions grants you any right, title, or interest in any earn ph intellectual property.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any earn ph content without the prior written consent of earn ph. Unauthorized use of earn ph intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, earn ph shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of earn ph services, whether planned or unplanned.
• Any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

earn ph's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits earn ph's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by earn ph's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

earn ph collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an earn ph account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

earn ph implements industry-standard security measures — including 256-bit SSL encryption and secure data storage — to protect your personal information. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and earn ph cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

earn ph may be required to disclose your personal data to PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), or other Philippine government authorities in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

12. Responsible Gaming

earn ph is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the risk of gambling-related harm among Filipino players. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all earn ph account holders:
